How to use it
Choose a certificate and type the text that is the same for everyone.
Paste a CSV with one line per person, or choose a CSV file. The sample CSV shows the field names.
Press "Make". You get a ZIP file with one PDF per person.

Need more than 25, or a certificate that is made when someone finishes your course? The API makes one PDF for each row, and n8n or Make can then email it. Read the docs or start free.
Questions
How do I make many certificates with different names from Excel?
Save the sheet as a CSV file (in Excel: File, Save As, CSV). The first line must name the fields, for example name and date. Choose the file in the tool. The free tool makes up to 25 certificates at once.
How do I make certificates from a Google Sheet automatically?
Use the API with n8n, Make or your own code: each new row sends one request and gets a PDF back. Press "Make this with the API" to start from the same certificate.
Can I get one PDF per person?
Yes. The ZIP file has one PDF per row, named with the row number and the first value, for example 001-ada-lovelace.pdf.
What size is a certificate?
These certificates are A4 landscape (297 × 210 mm). To print on US Letter paper, choose "Fit to page" in the print window.
Is there a mark on the certificates?
Yes, a small "Made with MintRender" mark in the corner. Files made with the API have no mark. Only test keys add one.
