MintRender vs Pictify
Pictify makes images, PDFs, GIFs and videos from templates or HTML, with a visual editor, an API, batches from CSV and an MCP server. Below are the prices, the credit rules and the features of both, and when each one is the better pick for you.
Facts about Pictify checked on pictify.io and docs.pictify.io on 1 November 2026. Each one links its source. MintRender is not connected with Pictify.
Pick Pictify when
- You want templates in HTML and CSS, or GIF and video renders, from the same pool of renders.
- You make about 1,000 files a month: its Basic plan costs the same as MintRender's Starter ($19).
Pick MintRender when
- You make 5,000 or 25,000 files a month: MintRender costs less there (see the table).
- You want signed links that make the image when someone opens it, and SVG output.
- You want 100 free files a month instead of 50.

Credit rules
Pictify
- One render is one image, PDF, GIF or video. source
- The API docs say every PDF page uses credits; the pricing page counts each document once. source source
- Every paid plan can turn on overage ($0.020 to $0.005 a render); Pro and up can set a monthly cap. source
- AI features use a separate monthly pool of AI credits. source
MintRender
- One image or one PDF page costs one credit, for every template and every format.
- If you send the same template and data again, you get the stored file for free. Previews, test keys and failed renders also cost nothing.
- Extra credits are off until you turn them on, and you set a monthly spending limit. Unused credits do not carry over.
